Spring rains have helped green things up, and soften the land for site work!

We are starting the foundation site work for our new project happening in Berthoud, CO. Berthoud is nestled between Longmont and Loveland, and is a more farm/ranch community than its counterparts to the north and south. Our project will be a 1700sq ft. one story house.

We are not the only ones building in this location!

Figuring out some form details

Today we had photos of the group taken. The photographer brought an assistant. She was a tough one.
